1) Describe Berunda.
Ans: On the banks of a lake called Sangama lived a big strange bird, Berunda.
That bird had two heads and single body. Berunda’s wife was Tatillatha. It was
very much unusual bird with extreme power but two heads didn’t have same sought
of opinion on any issue.
2) Describe the first head’s decision.
Ans: One day Berunda was wandering on the
banks of the lake, the first head found a fruit, which was delicious as
ambrosia and he said that he was so lucky to get that fruit from heavens it was
sent for him. The first head decided to give that fruit to his wife but the
second head was disappointed at what the first head did. He was waiting for a
chance to take revenge.
3) Why was the second head disappointed at
the first head’s decision?
Ans: The
first head found a fruit and he decided to give that fruit to his wife but the
second head was disappointed at what the first head did as the second head
thought to taste the fruit. He was waiting for a chance to take revenge.
4) How did the second head have its revenge?
Ans: The second head found a poisonous fruit
on a particular day, he told the first head that he would eat that poisonous fruit
to take revenge for his insult. The first head tried to stop him but the second
head ate poisonous fruit and both of them died due to the foolishness of the
second head.

Ans: It is essential to have a travel
