of the letter and the choice of format. Correct format and standard writing
conventions should be followed while designing the letter. In order to ensure
clarity of presentation, the letter should be divided into sections and sub
sections, each with a clear purpose.

have replaced drinking water jugs. The problem has reached upsetting size and
we appeal you to look into the issue at the most primitive and do the needful.
