Life has become so busy that we don’t have single minute to waste, from dawn to dusk or dusk to dawn always have some work that would summons stress and tension. In such pressure most of us forget their diets and indulge in their schedules. What is the use of such life where you will have enough money but poor health? Exercises such as lunges, push-ups, squats, standing overhead dumbbell press, dumbbell row, single-leg dead-lifts, burpees, side planks, abdominal crunches and bent over row will astound your body.  Same way walking is also a part of good exercise. If you want to get good physic then swimming is better for it, it will boost your whole body and you will feel enthusiastic.

Nowadays several give preference to aerobics, circuit training, cycling, hiking, running, skipping rope and so on. Overall you can do any nature of exercise and will benefit you to maintain your good health. As many advice to do at least minimum fifteen minutes exercise every day.

 

Maintain body weight



 

How to maintain a good body weight? This is a big delinquent among several to preserve body weight. No doubt everyone should have good physic; it doesn’t mean to have over weight. Obesity is common among many youngster nowadays rather than adults. Individuals are addicted to fast food which will easily increase their weight, if they doesn’t do exercise often.

If you want to maintain your weight then exercise often, try to eat your breakfast everyday on proper time, reduce consumption of soft drinks and hard drinks. Eat lots of protein, examine your weight regular, count your calories, and plan your meals in advance, avoid bed immediately after meal. Consult physician regularly. Hope that these few tips would help you to maintain proper body weight.

 

Good Diet





 

A very important point is to know about good diet. Several are worried about what to consume and how to maintain proper body weight. In this matter you would consult so many people to know more about good diet. There are few foods which include on a weight loss such as like fish, lean meat, vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, and legumes. Eat  more green vegetables and fruits.




 

Even though eloquent all these food varieties still many refuse healthy food and runs towards fast food. There are few foods those are delicious and help to fight belly fat such as avocados, bananas, yogurt, berries, green tea, broccoli, wild salmon, oatmeal, beans, sweet potatoes, mangoes and citrus. It is your choice to choose either veg or non-veg but the most important thing is to maintain a good diet.

 

Drink plenty of water




 

Fluids play a very important role to maintain your body temperature. According to scientific study the human adult body has 60% of water. Drinking water helps to boost your metabolism, cleanse your body of waste and acts as an appetite suppressant. Intake of water must be as per advice of doctor. Drinking more than required would be harmful.

There are few signs when your body doesn’t have enough amount of water such as feeling thirsty, urine would be pale yellow, headache, dry mouth, etc. We often hear that we should drink eight ounce glasses of water a day. May be differs according to temperature and atmosphere of that particular area. But everyone should remember drinking proper amount of water is boon to man’s body.

 

Avoid more sugar/salt




 

“Too much is too bad”, this is not only a proverb but also advice to know the consequences of it. Several don’t worry about intake of sugar or salt amount every day. Too much sugar can cause insulin resistance, obesity and diabetes and salt can cause water gain and high blood pressure, which can lead to heart failure.

Consumption of more salt would be risk of blood pressure, strain on your heart, arteries, kidneys and brain damage. Simultaneously eating too many sweets lead to weight gain, blood sugar problems. If you have desire to beat effect of sugar then do drink more water, manage your stress, and do regular exercise.

 

Good Sleep




 


Short tempered, nuisance, anxiety, headache, lack of concentration, migraine, are few signs when a person doesn’t have proper sleep. If you want to reduce your stress and strain then sleep well.

So many awake late night and would busy in social media and avoid a good sleep. According to studies at least eight hours of sound sleep is required. But nowadays due to modern life style, it is very difficult by many to have good sleep and think about their health. Sound sleep would boost your day and make you enthusiastic.

 

Avoid alcohol / smoking




 

It has become now trend to drink alcohol and smoke cigarette in parties, functions and gatherings. Without anxiety about how much it would effect on individual’s health. Teenagers are attracting towards such culture which boost them raise their names and fame among friends circle by such addiction.

Addiction is not good, smoking and drinking together have high risk on health, but several never worry about this matter. Many are suffering due to lungs problem, mouth cancer, headache, anxiety, and so on. There is nothing to gain by such type of addictions. This addiction would not only ruin physically but also financially too. So, avoid too much consumption of alcohol and smoking.
