The Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi has a vision to make India self-reliant nation. This particular “Aatmanirbhar Bharat, Swatantra Bharat” mission was announced on 12th May 2020 during pandemic time. At that time corona virus had ruined whole system and people were frightened, they were jobless, cashless and worried about how to lead life. This self-reliant policy would enhance possibility for private sectors and prop up in numerous sectors. Aatmanirbhar Bharat inventiveness help in the escalation of India’s personal protective equipment, India’s own “Made in India” 5G networks by Reliance Jio, Even Apple would manufacture one of their premium iphone models in India. The main motto of the movement as specified is to make India a self-reliant nation in terms of technology, food grains and oil. The campaign focuses on economic development and the improvement in condition of all citizens in India in terms of goods and products not on entire cut from the world. Overall this is the most important step for development of companies and for resources.
Made in India movement is the best mission for the development of our country, this particular campaign would initiate many companies, industries and factories to manufacture and export in so many countries. As export increases, economically India would be strengthening. It is now time to boycott Chinese products and give importance to Indian products. “Made in India” movement is using a new taglines such as “Vocal for Local”. Now is time to avoid using foreign products and use India products, India has enacted policies and built companies since its creation to make India self-reliant. There are some important points which initiates “Made in India” as SAIL for steel production, IITs for domestic engineers, AIIMS for medical science, DRDO for defence research, HAL for aviation, ISRO for space, CCL, NTPC and GAIL in the area of energy. From many decades Indians are importing so many products, this import is big loss to our country. Every year China would be benefited in billions as it is importing so many goods in our country.
As per survey there are so many Indian industries who are dependent on China directly or indirectly, but now they would get production in our country and would be independent from importing from foreign countries. Indian government had already had taken a wonderful step to ban so many Chinese apps and products. China's export to India had been reducing from past few months and it is good sign for Indian point of view. The Finance Minister explained that self-reliant India did not mean to cut off from rest of the world. At the same time the law and IT minister, Ravi Shankar Prasad, said that self reliance didn’t mean to isolate away from the world, foreign direct investment would be welcomed and technology also welcomed too. Prime Minister Narendra Modi vision would be fulfilled by upcoming days, as so many of them already boycotted foreign products and showing more interest towards “Made in India” products. This Aatmanirbhar Bharat mission is important step to make India economical powerful country.
